ORCHESTRA COLLECTIVE OF ORANGE COUNTY

Founded in 2016 by veterans of the Southern California classical music scene. A group that embodies and embraces diversity of all kinds, we strive to produce one-of- a-kind musical events that will thrill both longtime concert-goers and complete musical newcomers. Hear chamber music favorites and a few surprises at this concert.

 

The Lyric Opera of Orange County is  putting on several operas in 2023.

BAROQUE MUSIC FESTIVAL, CORONA DEL MAR

Baroque Music Festival, Corona del Mar, California. Founded in 1981, our yearly Festival presents concerts in late June. Our Festival mission is to present the astounding wealth and diversity of the Baroque era in a wide variety of ways.

WHITTIER REGIONAL SYMPHONY

Your Symphony Orchestra is comprised of highly skilled, professional and paid musicians. They, and our Music Director and Conductor, Kimo Furumoto, provide a wonderful and unique opportunity for Whittier and our surrounding communities. By ending the confusion, it is our goal to retain our current commitment to free concerts, continued financial support from our surrounding communities, to attract new revenue and to expand our music education programs.

ORANGE COUNTY GUITAR CIRCLE

Founded in 1967, the Orange County Guitar Circle is a non-profit organization based in Orange County, California dedicated to classical guitar, its history, and its repertoire.

The Orange County Guitar Circle has three primary goals. First, we celebrate the classical guitar and its repertoire. Second, we educate our members and concert-goers about the players, composers, arrangers, instruments, instrument makers, and more than breathe life into this art-form. Finally, we advocate for the continued growth and development of the Southern California Guitar Community at large.

L 'ESPRIT BAROQUE ENSEMBLE

L’Esprit Baroque performs rarely-heard Baroque cantatas and chamber music for voices and period instruments in California and beyond. Our mission is to bring the amazing music of the Baroque era, and historical performance practice, to audiences in Orange County.

L’Esprit Baroque started playing together in 2013, as part of the Massatt family’s home concerts. Since then they have performed over 20 concerts, featuring different programs centering around the music of the Baroque era. They frequently invite other musicians to sing and play with the group, so they can perform a wider variety of repertoire.

MUCKENTHALER CULTURAL CENTER

The Muckenthaler Cultural Center is an arts education nonprofit housed in the historic 1924 Muckenthaler home on an 8.5 acres estate. The Muck strives to provide the community experiences that stimulate creativity and imagination, which include art classes, concerts, gallery shows and cultural festivals.
